Novalena J. Betancourt is a global change agent, author, speaker, experiential coach and leadership trainer for business owners developing high performing teams.

Novalena teaches communication by taking action to help build self-worth so folks can logically and emotionally own talents and skills they possess within to create the life they want to live by design. In doing this, she has helped thousands sift through the overload of information in the world today to attain specific desirable outcomes with daily action steps.

Novalena is a co-author in the book Strategies for Success with Jack Canfield and Marie Diamond of the Secret. She simultaneously wrote the book The Total Female Package, an inspirational guidebook and audio series for women to live in authentic ownership of their value and self-worth while co-founding a national women’s community called Tribal Truth.

Novalena became a partner of Defining Moments Publishing and currently has a leadership position in the company, Freestyle, Inc., which helps folks fund their dreams through business ownership. She is also known as A Slight Edge Ambassador and will be featured in Jeff Olson’s new edition of The Slight Edge due to be released in the Spring.

Her background includes a Masters of Science in Executive Leadership at the University of San Diego.
